(LIGS University Ph.D. Student | ICAN Member Story)
Having accumulated over two decades of experience in consulting, lecturing, and training, I possess a comprehensive understanding of leadership and management, having worked with companies and universities both locally and globally. My professional trajectory has been motivated by a dedication to establishing impactful educational partnerships, facilitated by robust intercultural communication abilities that connect varied academic and professional sectors.
Leadership, in my view, transcends professional boundaries and manifests as a commitment I practice through volunteer work. I had the honor of representing Côte d’Ivoire as the Education Ambassador for the International Internship University and currently serve as an ambassador for the My Body is My Body Foundation, as well as a member of the Board of Trustees and Director of Student Engagement with A Walk Through Education.
These positions demonstrate my commitment to effecting significant social and educational transformation through voluntary contributions. In my capacity as a Fellow and member of the Membership Advisory Board at the UK’s Learning and Performance Institute, I collaborate with international specialists to expand membership and promote knowledge sharing—thereby underscoring my dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
My affiliation with the Corporate Governance Institute stems from a deep dedication to ethical leadership and strategic excellence. My professional endeavors have consistently been guided by a leadership vision centered on:
My methodology is informed by this vision, and I provide mentorship to educators on a global scale through programs like:
These efforts contribute to the cultivation of future leaders and educators.
My membership in the ASCD (Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, USA)—a global leader in educational leadership and curriculum development—reinforces my commitment to my profession as an Educator, Consultant, Mentor, and Coach.
To be great educators, we have to be lifelong learners first.
I believe that joining professional bodies like ASCD is essential for anyone serious about their impact in education.
My consulting portfolio is broad, encompassing:
I have taught business management and theology to undergraduate and graduate students across Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Liberia, and beyond—employing a mix of innovative online and face-to-face teaching methods.
Through my dynamic presentations and workshops, including Train the Trainer sessions, I share insights on:
My goal is always to empower audiences to unlock their potential.

This multifaceted career reflects my enduring commitment to leadership, education, and community development—forging connections and inspiring progress wherever I engage.
The aforementioned is the basis for my enrollment in the Ph.D. in Management program at LIGS University during the final quarter of this year. I gained an extra advantage through my enrollment: access to the International Career Advancement Network (ICAN).
The significance of networking is undeniable; belonging to a professional network amplifies opportunities for professional encounters and may result in substantial growth.
